Physical capabilities: Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday. Frequent use of hands and arms to assemble products and operate tools. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull parts and materials as required. Ability to work in a manufacturing or production environment while meeting productivity and quality standards. Job duties: Assemble products and components according to customer requirements, blueprints, and work instructions. Review assembly specifications and develop an efficient plan to complete assigned projects accurately and on time. Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment to build products that meet quality standards. Verify dimensions, fit, and functionality of assembled products to ensure compliance with customer and company specifications. Troubleshoot assembly issues and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality and production efficiency. Maintain accurate production records and communicate concerns or process improvements to supervisors.
