Assembler II Assemblers at this level perform intermediate to complex assembly tasks with limited supervision. They are proficient with multiple product lines, troubleshoot minor issues, and ensure production quality. Key Responsibilities Perform complex mechanical/electrical assemblies with high accuracy Read and interpret detailed blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation Verify parts and assemblies meet required tolerances and quality standards Troubleshoot assembly issues and rework components when necessary Train and mentor Assembler I team members Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with production procedures Suggest process improvements to enhance safety, quality, and productivity Required Skills & Qualifications Demonstrated proficiency with intermediate assembly techniques Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Competence with measuring tools, torque tools, and specialized equipment Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Solid understanding of quality control principles
