Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Manage daily operations of the sales floor to maximize efficiency and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline dealership processes and improve overall performance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies in line with company goals.
- Oversee inventory management and pricing strategies to optimize sales and profitability.
- Proven experience as a sales person or assistant sales manager in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Willingness to work in Hillsboro, NH.
- Competitive compensation ranging from $52,000.00 to $200,000.00 based on experience and performance.
