$90,000 - $95,000 with bonus

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily operations to ensure seamless client service and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Financial Advisor to enhance client experiences and streamline investment operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational processes and client satisfaction.
• Oversee the coordination of client meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and information are prepared.
• Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining high standards of integrity.
• Facilitate communication between clients, advisors, and team members to foster a collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience in leading and managing daily operations within the insurance industry.
• Proven track record of enhancing client experiences and streamlining investment operations.
• Ability to develop and implement strategies that improve operational processes and client satisfaction.
• Strong organizational skills to oversee the coordination of client meetings and preparation of necessary materials.
• Proficiency in monitoring and analyzing operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.

• Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between clients, advisors, and team members.
