Bank Verification Representative - FIRST

The Bank Verification Representative at First Insurance Funding is responsible for working task items associated with bank account verifications, return mail, policy verifications with markets, and moderate/document monthly Executive meetings. This role will also support trend analysis in conjunction with the Risk Management Associate and Risk Analyst teams. The task responsibilities will require customer contact, follow-up items, file documentation, strong customer service skills and computer proficiency. What You’ll Do Validate policy information with insurance markets to upgrade Risk Ratings in system. Investigate trends/patterns within agent portfolios using Trending Agent Review report. Complete agent bank account verifications by making outgoing calls w/proper file documentation. Provide ongoing support to the Risk Department based on department needs. Process market return mail by researching and updating addresses in the system. Moderate and Document monthly executive meetings.
