Brake Press Operator

AtWork Personnel is seeking an experienced Brake Press Technician to join a growing manufacturing team in Fort Worth, TX. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience operating brake press equipment, reading blueprints, and producing quality sheet metal parts in a fast‑paced production environment. Pay $21.00–$22.00 per hour (Based on Experience) Schedule Monday-Friday Full-Time Essential Job Duties Set up and operate brake press machines to form and bend sheet metal parts Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings Select proper tooling and adjust machine settings for accurate production Measure completed parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers and gauges Perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications Troubleshoot basic machine issues and make adjustments as needed Maintain accurate production records and follow safety procedures Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with company standards Meet daily production and quality goals Requirements Previous brake press operating experience required Experience with machine setup, tooling changes, and adjustments preferred Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and excellent attendance required #J-18808-Ljbffr AtWork Personnel
