Location: Fort Worth, TX Pay: $18–$22/hr (DOE) Shifts (Monday–Friday):
2nd 2:30pm-11pm
3rd 10pm-6:30am
About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Press Brake Operator to join our growing team in Fort Worth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating press brake machines and be capable of producing high-quality parts efficiently and safely. This position requires attention to detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work independently while following established procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and shape metal parts according to specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and measuring tools to ensure precise dimensions
Adjust machine settings, including stroke, speed, and vices, to achieve accurate bends
Perform quality checks on finished parts, ensuring they meet production and customer requirements
Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety guidelines and company protocols
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines
Report any machine malfunctions, material issues, or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately
Qualifications / Requirements:
Minimum 1+ year experience operating press brake machines
Strong knowledge of plate bending operations and techniques
Ability to set up machines, indicate vices, and adjust equipment for precision bending
Proficient in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and using measuring tools
Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not required
Must be physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and standing for extended periods
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to quality
