NOW HIRING - Press Brake Operator
Location: Fort Worth, TX

Pay: $18-$22/hr (DOE)

Shifts (Monday-Friday):
- 2nd 2:30pm-11pm
- 3rd 10pm-6:30am
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Press Brake Operator to join our growing team in Fort Worth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating press brake machines and be capable of producing high-quality parts efficiently and safely. This position requires attention to detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work independently while following established procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and shape metal parts according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and measuring tools to ensure precise dimensions
- Adjust machine settings, including stroke, speed, and vices, to achieve accurate bends
- Perform quality checks on finished parts, ensuring they meet production and customer requirements
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety guidelines and company protocols
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines
- Report any machine malfunctions, material issues, or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ year experience operating press brake machines
- Strong knowledge of plate bending operations and techniques
- Ability to set up machines, indicate vices, and adjust equipment for precision bending
- Proficient in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and using measuring tools
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not required
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to quality
