2nd Shift Precision Press Brake Operator

Job Summary As a Precision Brake Operator, you will form metal stock on an Industrial Press Brake, ensuring every part meets or exceeds customer specifications and productivity standards. We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual who excels in a fast-paced, quality-centered environment. This role is vital to consistently meeting customer needs and driving continued national growth. salary: $37,440 - $45,760 per year shift: Second work hours: 2:30 PM - 11 PM education: High School Responsibilities Machine Setup & Operation: Select, set up, and operate industrial press brakes and dies to form metal according to blueprints and program specifications. Quality & Verification: Read prints and verify that nesting programs match work order blueprints; inspect parts using precise measuring tools. Material & Production Flow: Confirm correct materials arrive at the work center, track job progress, accurately project completion times, and properly stage finished parts. Machine Care & Maintenance: Ensure the press brake is working properly, ensure correct machine settings/consumables are applied, and immediately notify supervisors of any equipment issues. Shop Safety & 5S: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times. General: Complete assignments accurately and on time, performing other duties as assigned.
