Job Title: Truss Builder

Job Description

Join our team as a Skilled Assembler, where you will utilize your hands-on skills working with hand and power tools to build large frames. You will work alongside a small team of 2-4 members, ensuring each part is built accurately using basic hand and power tools. This role involves standing throughout the day and working on large tables, with additional commission opportunities based on weekly production.

Responsibilities

• Build using basic hand and power tools.
• Collaborate with a team of 2-4 members to ensure proper construction of trusses.
• Utilize measurement equipment and read a tape measure accurately.
• Climb up and down tables as required during the shift.
• Maintain productivity to earn weekly commissions.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and measure using a tape measure.
• Basic carpentry and construction skills.
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving climbing and standing for extended periods.

1st shift: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM M-F. OT available

2nd shift: 2:30pm - 1am (Monday - Thursday)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pillager, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Pillager,MN.
