Execute high-quality repairs and maintenance services in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while adhering to all shop safety protocols and environmental regulations. Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle conditions, necessary repairs, and estimated timelines. Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot complex engine, transmission, and drivetrain problems. Document all performed services, parts used, and labor hours in the company management system to ensure accurate record-keeping. Collaborate with the broader team to ensure efficient garage operations and consistent delivery of superior automotive services to our valued client base.
