Hunt's Apprenticeship Program and receive on-the-job training and experience with an industry leader. Drivers in this program work with an experienced J.B. Hunt driver trainer for six weeks before transitioning to a full-time position upon successful completion. This position is paid an hourly rate for all hours worked plus an activity-based bonus payment. The activity-based bonus payment is the sum of your eligible activity pay less your base hourly earnings for the week.Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $103,500 . Hourly pay: $18 per hour Holiday pay: $300per day Activity-Based Bonus Components: Driver will be paid $200 per day during the training period.
