Due to the emergency nature of the position, we are looking for someone who lives near the 71 highway or within a fifteen to twenty-minute drive and can respond to calls quickly during the week, weekends, and nights. Are you able to regularly lift 50 pounds? * Responsibilities Respond to service calls as needed and perform services as assigned. Communicate with the office to ensure all customer needs are met. Support other production personnel, as required. Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas, as needed. Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each day Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance Prepare rooms/areas for work activities Set up staging area and equipment for each project Ensure clear two-way communication with the office and other technicians (especially regarding customer needs and concerns) Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown to leave the job site with a clean and orderly appearance Understand and follow safety and risk management guidelines on the job site, in the warehouse, and while traveling Qualifications Must provide the highest level of customer service Ability to clearly document service calls & report back to the office 100% Paid On-the-Job Training Opportunity for overtime Medical benefits offered Experience in cleaning/restoration, handyman, construction, or drywall is a plus IICRC certifications are a plus Ability to complete a background check subject to applicable law Valid CA issued Driver’s License and clean driving record Physical and Work Environment Requirements Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and lift up to 100 pounds with assistance Exposure to chemicals Walking and standing for long periods, driving, sitting, climbing Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces under buildings) Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects #J-18808-Ljbffr ServiceMaster Clean of Fraser Valley
