Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, enabling our counselors to connect with patients through telehealth services while also engaging in occasional in-person collaboration sessions at our outpatient office. You will enjoy a supportive environment that highlights a healthy work-life balance, and your work schedule will typically be Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs and develop tailored treatment strategies.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support sessions designed to empower patients and foster community connections.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid license as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist in California.
