Marketing Specialist

Pay Range: $50,000 – $55,000 annually, contingent on experience Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person Job Summary: GW Home Solutions is seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing Specialist to support marketing initiatives across our family of brands. This position will assist with content creation, social media, photography and videography, marketing campaigns, branding, events, partnerships, and other marketing projects. The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing creative work with project coordination and can work collaboratively across multiple departments and brands. Relevant professional experience, demonstrated marketing skills, and a strong portfolio may be considered in place of a degree. Previous experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media, content creation, communications, or a related role. Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing channels. Photography and videography experience, including basic photo and video editing. Working knowledge of major social media platforms and current content trends. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand consistency. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple departments and team members. Comfortable attending job sites, company events, tradeshows, and other off-site activities to capture content and support marketing initiatives. Experience with marketing, creative, CRM, and project management platforms such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot or similar CRM systems, ClickUp or similar project management tools, and Dropbox is preferred. Experience with email marketing, digital advertising, website/content management, or marketing analytics is a plus. Experience marketing home services, construction, landscaping, design, stone/countertops, or related industries is a plus but not required. Duties / Responsibilities: Create, edit, and publish marketing content across social media, digital, and print channels. Capture and edit photography and video content from job sites, installations, events, tradeshows, and company initiatives. Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives. Assist with rebranding efforts, brand consistency, and implementation of marketing assets. Coordinate professional photography shoots, homeowner communications, and content-capture logistics. Support partnership outreach, influencer collaborations, and community engagement initiatives. Assist with direct mail campaigns, email marketing, collateral development, and promotional materials. Attend company events, career fairs, tradeshows, and marketing activations to provide content coverage and operational support. Collaborate with sales, operations, leadership, and external partners to support business development and marketing objectives. Monitor social media channels, engage with audiences, and support brand-growth initiatives. Conduct content, industry, competitor, and trend research to identify opportunities for brand awareness and engagement. Support marketing project management, scheduling, and coordination across multiple brands and initiatives. Organize and maintain marketing assets, photography, video, and other digital content. Assist with additional marketing, event, and operational projects as assigned. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and transport photography, video, event, or marketing equipment as needed. Ability and willingness to travel locally to job sites, events, tradeshows, and other locations.
