Role Description The Sales Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Buffalo, NY. This role involves developing and managing client relationships, generating leads, and selling advertising solutions tailored to meet clients' business needs. Key responsibilities include conducting outbound prospecting efforts, maintaining relationships with existing accounts, identifying new sales opportunities, and delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Qualifications Experience in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities Strong skills in Account Management, ensuring client satisfaction and retention Proficiency in Communication, including written, verbal, and presentation skills Relationship Building expertise with the ability to foster and maintain mutually beneficial business partnerships Excellent Customer Service skills to address client needs and provide support effectively Familiarity with the media or advertising industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred Proficiency in CRM tools and digital advertising platforms is advantageous Ability to work independently, meet sales goals, and thrive in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
