Director of Sales

As a Sales Manager at Radeus Labs, you will lead and develop a growing team of sales professionals focused on delivering high-performance computing and communication solutions to defense, aerospace, and commercial markets. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth, supporting your team in developing key accounts, and aligning sales activities with company goals. What Success Looks Like Your team consistently meets or exceeds revenue goals, builds strong customer relationships, and works collaboratively across departments. You provide clear guidance and feedback, remove roadblocks, and foster a high-performance, high-integrity sales culture. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team quotas Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies and company objectives Record and report sales performance metrics Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and effectiveness where applicable Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities Compensation $140k—$180k annually plus commissions. Requirements 5-10 years of successful sales experience in Satcom or an adjacent industry Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong collaborative skillset for coordinating with engineering and sales teams Knowledge of and experience with a structured selling process Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools Customer-centric mindset High level of integrity and professionalism Have read "The Challenger Sale" by Matthew Dixon and Brent Adamson #J-18808-Ljbffr Radeus Labs, Inc.
