Bilingual Customer ServiceLHH Recruitment is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to join a growing team near Tempe! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, communicating professionally, and providing excellent service through phone calls and email. This job is Monday-Friday, and will offer hybrid flexibility after training.The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, have strong communication skills, and be comfortable handling customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries through incoming phone calls and email.Provide accurate information and assist customers with questions, requests, and concerns.Communicate professionally in both English and Spanish.Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.Follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution.Work collaboratively with team members to provide a positive customer experience.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentFluency in English and Spanish is required.Previous customer service experience required.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Comfortable handling phone calls and email correspondence.Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday during the initial three-month training period.Schedule & CompensationMonday–Friday schedule.Fully onsite for the first three months of training.Some hybrid flexibility may be available after successful completion of training.Pay range of $18–$21 per hour, depending on experience.
