Role Description The Timeshare Appointment Setter is responsible for contacting prospective and existing clients to schedule consultations with timeshare specialists and advisors. - Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to conduct clear, professional phone conversations and convey information accurately.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle questions, address concerns, and maintain a respectful, client-focused approach.
- Relevant qualifications include prior experience in call centers, sales support, or appointment-setting roles, especially in financial or legal services.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with CRM or scheduling software, ability to meet performance targets, and comfort with high-volume calling.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; bilingual abilities and knowledge of timeshare or real estate industries are a plus.
