We’re looking for a Regional Sales & Customer Experience Representative to joinThe Maidsteam. In this dynamic role, you will be the primary link between our customers and regional operations. RepresentingThe Maids, you’ll handle incoming sales leads, guide customers through their service journeys, manage accounts, and directly contribute to our regional growth and retention goals. We are looking for a person who can communicate well with busy professional customers. Key Responsibilities Drive Sales Growth: Respond to inbound sales calls and online leads, converting prospects into loyal clients while meeting close-ratio targets. Deliver Outstanding Service: Provide one-call resolution for existing customers regarding schedule updates, service requests, and special requests. Account & Billing Management: Handle customer billing questions, manage receivables, issue invoices, and follow up as needed to ensure prompt payments. Collaborate with Operations: Work closely with regional offices, General Managers, and Branch Managers to share insights, elevate complex service issues, and improve sales performance. Relationship Management: Conduct confirmation calls, reach out to key accounts for check-ins, and help maintain accurate CRM databases and sales reports. What We’re Looking For Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or customer service. Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent practical experience is strongly welcomed. Tech Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with CRM or database software. Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, strong problem-solving abilities, excellent time management, and a self-motivated work ethic. Sales Mindset: Familiarity with consultative/smart selling principles and the full customer experience cycle. Schedule: Full-time. Occasional overtime or flexibility outside standard office hours may be required depending on customer needs. Travel: Occasional periodic travel to regional offices within the assigned territory.
