You'll work with customers, technicians and insurance partners throughout the repair process while helping deliver a strong customer experience. Responsibilities / Essential Functions Examine damaged vehicles and estimate repair costs Work with insurance companies to manage claims for our customer Ensure customer satisfaction with repairs and the overall experience Reconcile and prepare final invoices to match approved estimates Qualifications Knowledge of major insurance program protocols and have the ability to upload estimates/images that meet those standards accordingly I-CAR or other industry training Experience with CCC estimating software preferred Good oral and written skills Organized and detail-oriented Knowledge of the collision repair process #J-18808-Ljbffr Quality Collision Group
