As a Registered Nurse (RN) - Private Duty Nurse at MedCare, you’ll have the opportunity to provide one-on-one care in a setting where patients thrive—their own homes. You’ll be part of a dedicated team that values collaboration and professional growth, equipping you with the resources to make a lasting impact on the individuals and families you serve. \n Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications & Responsibilities: Valid Texas RN license, CPR certification, driver's license, and auto liability insurance 6 months of pediatric home health experience as an RN preferred Provide quality skilled care to pediatric clients in a home setting for 8–12 hour shifts, allowing them to remain with their families instead of an in-patient facility Care for clients with serious illnesses, disabilities, or those recovering from injuries or extensive surgery Assess client conditions during each visit, including vital signs, seizure monitoring, and care for gastrostomy tubes, tracheostomies, CPAP/BiPAP, and ventilators Valid Texas RN license, CPR certification, driver's license, and auto liability insurance Registered Nurse (RN) Benefits & Schedule: Full-time and part-time openings with day, night, weekday, and weekend shifts available across the Greater Houston area and surrounding regions Competitive pay with weekend and night differentials, plus employee referral bonuses Medical, dental, vision, life, STD, and LTD insurance options, along with a 401(k) plan Paid time off and paid holidays Join our team and bring your passion for helping children thrive!
