Golf Course Operator

Job Overview We’re looking for a full‑time Golf Course Operator to join our team. This position is responsible for operating light and small motorized equipment—including triplexes, walk mowers, rotary deck mowers, weed eaters, mechanized sand rakes, and utility vehicles—to maintain greens, tees, fairways, roughs, bunkers, and surrounding turf areas. Responsibilities Operate light and small motorized equipment to maintain golf course surfaces. Mow, edge, trim, and perform fertilization and herbicide application assistance. Execute sod work, mulching, debris removal, bunker maintenance, cup cutting, tee marker placement, and general golf course service. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to safely and efficiently complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Capable of frequent lifting up to 50 lbs. Flexible schedule that includes weekends. Positive, customer‑friendly attitude.
