Job Summary:
The Ultrasonographer General is needed at a healthcare facility in Lincoln, Nebraska. This position involves performing diagnostic medical sonography procedures in an acute care setting, primarily focusing on general ultrasound imaging. The role requires flexibility with rotating shifts and involves delivering high-quality imaging services to support patient diagnosis and care.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Rotating shifts; Week 1: Wednesday 0700-1530, Thursday 0700-1530, Friday 0800-1830, Saturday 0700-1700. Week 2: Sunday 0700-1700, Wednesday 0700-1530, Thursday 0700-1530, Friday 0800-1830. Shifts involve a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid license to submit; Certifications include BLS (AHA or ARC), Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Abdomen (RDMS-AB) via ARDMS, Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer OB/GYN (RDMS-OB/GYN) via ARDMS; Minimum of 1 year of experience; Location in Lincoln, Nebraska.

- Additional Information: The facility notes a local radius restriction of 50 miles and a call-off policy allowing up to 48 hours cancellation per 13 weeks. Orientation includes 12 hours of non-billable training. Previous employment with the organization requires an end date at least 12 months prior to submission.
