• Deliver personalized therapy sessions emphasizing communication, fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing capabilities.
• Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams, including physical and occupational therapists, nurses, and caregivers, to ensure comprehensive care plans.
• Provide education and resources to patients and families to support progress outside the clinical environment.
• Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations, ensuring a smooth continuum of care during every phase of treatment.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation to comply with state, federal, and organizational regulations.
• Commit to lifelong learning and stay abreast of industry advancements through ongoing education and collaboration with peers.

Required Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Fulfillment of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if still in process of receiving ASHA certification.

Licenses and Certifications

• Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
• Must obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of joining.
