Insurance Sales Agent – Base + Commission (No Income Cap)

About the Role
Hillstone Partners Insurance is expanding and looking for driven Insurance Sales Agents who want the opportunity to build a long-term career with uncapped income potential.
This is a commission-based role with a guaranteed base, designed for motivated individuals who want control over their earnings while receiving training, support, and real growth opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Sell insurance products to new and existing clients
- Educate customers on coverage options and tailor solutions to their needs
- Build and manage a book of business
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships
- Meet or exceed sales performance goals
Compensation & Benefits

What We’re Looking For

- Insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
