Responsibilities Job Summary: Responsible for designing customized layouts that drive profitability, operational efficiency, and customer experience. Leverages advanced analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and precision execution, to influence key metrics – such as sales per square foot, inventory turnover, and shrink reduction – while enabling coordinated decision‑making across merchandising, procurement, supply chain, and store operations. Work Experience: 0+ years of experience in a retail environment, with exposure to store operations, merchandising, inventory practices, and managing budgets Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Basic knowledge of principles, practices and procedures related to merchandising to complete difficult assignments Basic conflict management skills Basic organizational skills Basic project management skills Ability to communicate at all levels of management and partners Education: A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience Licenses/Certifications: Physical Demands & Working Conditions: Function in a fast‑paced, office environment Travel by car or plane with overnight stays Work extended hours; sit for extended periods.
