Job Description Matrix Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Bilingual - English/Spanish Registered Nurse for a private duty nursing opportunity in the Opa-locka area. This position is ideal for a nurse who enjoys one-on-one patient care in the home setting and has experience supporting higher-acuity patients. Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse private duty nursing case Immediate need Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting Monitor patient condition and report changes as needed Assist with trach, and G-tube care as required Follow the patient’s plan of care Complete accurate and timely documentation Communicate professionally with the clinical team and family Requirements Previous home care or private duty nursing experience is required Active Florida Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license Vent and trach experience required G-tube experience preferred Home care or private duty nursing experience preferred Reliable transportation Strong clinical skills and documentation ability Dependable, compassionate, and patient-focucs Under Florida law, this role is subject to background screening per Chapter 435, Florida Statutes, including fingerprinting and review for eligibility before employment.
