Job Description Private Duty / Home Care - Bilingual - English/Spanish RN Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Start: Immediate need Required Skills: Hoyer lift, tracheostomy care, and G‑tube care Responsibilities Provide one‑on‑one skilled nursing care in the patient’s home Monitor the patient’s condition and report any changes to the clinical team Follow the patient’s plan of care Provide tracheostomy care and G‑tube care as ordered Assist with Hoyer lift transfers and patient safety needs Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders Complete accurate and timely documentation Communicate with the clinical team, patient, family, and caregivers as needed Maintain a safe, professional, and compassionate care environment Requirements Previous home care or private duty nursing experience is required Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Current CPR/BLS certification Previous home care or private duty nursing experience preferred Experience with tracheostomy care, G‑tube care, and Hoyer lift transfers Reliable transportation Availability to work Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Professional, dependable, and patient‑focused approach to care Weekly pay via direct deposit Supportive clinical leadership One‑on‑one patient care in the home setting Potential for additional shifts based on availability and case needs Under Florida law, this role is subject to background screening per Chapter 435, Florida Statutes, including fingerprinting and review for eligibility before employment.
