Position Details Location: Mease Countryside Hospital, 3231 McMullen Booth Rd, Safety Harbor, FL 34695 Status: Full Time Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM On Call: Yes Always in person Shift Type: Days (Shift 4 varies) Weekend Work: Occasional Responsibilities RN independently cares for a sub‑specialty group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards RN delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team RN is responsible for professional accountability and development according to best practice standards set forth by a nationally recognized specialty organization RN also performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned Qualifications For this position, we prefer at least two years of acute care experience with 1 year RN experience in Endoscopy, PACU, Critical Care, or Emergency Service. Procedural experience is preferred. Endoscopy experience is strongly preferred. Certifications and Licensures BLS (Basic Life Support) RN (Registered Nurse) ACLS (Cardiovascular) if required by department Preferred Nurse Specialty Education Associate's Nursing or Diploma Nursing Preferred Bachelor's Nursing Experience Required 1 year acute care experience or 1 year interventional/procedural experience or 6 months RN acute care or interventional/procedural experience with prior LPN experience and completed competency assessment Preferred 1 year Interventional/Perioperative Internship Specific Skills Clinical skills appropriate to position Interpersonal skills Facility: BayCare Health System, Endoscopy-MCH Location: Mease Countryside Status: Full Time, Exempt: No Shift Hours: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM Weekend Work: Occasional On Call: Yes How often will this team member be working remotely?
