Key Responsibilities

• Visit project sites to assess scope, project requirements, existing conditions, and client needs.
• Prepare accurate, detailed estimates, proposals, and budgets in collaboration with the internal team.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and timelines to support successful execution.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal team members to keep work moving efficiently.
• Monitor progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective actions to meet project milestones.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing clear updates, addressing concerns, and supporting overall satisfaction.
• Manage organized project documentation, including contracts, change orders, invoices, schedules, and related records.
• Provide ongoing support throughout the project life cycle, including closeout, post-project follow-up, and warranty services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of four years of construction project management experience preferably in high-end or custom residential work.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, sequencing, and job-site coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and team members.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and project management software.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
