What You'll Do

• Assess, monitor, and provide skilled nursing care to outpatient observation patients.
• Administer medications, treatments, and respond promptly to patient needs.
• Assist with patient transfers, respond to alarms, and support patient comfort and safety.
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness and collaborate with the healthcare team to update care plans.
• Follow physician orders accurately and ensure timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members regarding care plans.

What You Need

Required:

• Valid RN license in Michigan
• Proven nursing experience, preferably in outpatient or observation settings
• Strong assessment and communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience with adult patient care
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to busy environments
