Description Position Title: Administrative Assistant Position Type: Exempt, Salaried Based At: MVI Dublin Office Reports To: Waste Services Director Hours: 8:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday Description:
The administrative assistant will assist the Waste-Water department with administrative and technical needs and provide accurate and timely information to management, clients, and employees. The successful candidate will efficiently support the growing needs of the business while maintaining confidentiality and protecting proprietary information. Minimum Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED required • 1-2 years of administrative, dispatching, logistics, or scheduling experience • Experience with invoicing or billing processes • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Teams and Excel • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Valid driver's license • Applicant must live within a 25-mile radius of the office Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with scheduling and dispatching
- Coordinate logistics for daily operations and job assignments
- Support invoicing processes, including reviewing, preparing, and submission
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, service details, and documentation
- Communicate with field staff and management to ensure efficient workflow
- Provide general administrative support to the Waste-Water team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
