I & I Access and Reimbursement Regional Director, Central

Regional Director overseeing a team of Field Reimbursement Managers across a multi-state territory. Responsible for strategic leadership, compliance oversight, performance management, and ensuring coordinated patient access and reimbursement support for Pfizer's Immunology & Inflammation portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Directly supervise regional FRM team with hiring, coaching, and performance management accountability
- Establish and enforce regional performance standards aligned to enrollment, access barrier removal, and therapy continuation KPIs
- Coach FRM teams on patient journey ownership, payer policy navigation, and compliant HCP office engagement
- Escalate and resolve complex patient access barriers through approved pathways and cross-functional coordination
- Build regional reimbursement expertise and translate payer policy insights into actionable guidance for field teams
Requirements
- Direct management and supervisory experience with field-based teams
- Deep reimbursement, payer policy, and patient access expertise
- Proven ability to develop team capability in complex healthcare navigation
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of compliance standards and healthcare access regulations
- Strategic account management and workflow optimization experience
