Technical Solutions Specialist

Responsibilities Serve as an expert in sterile reprocessing technical parameters, including water and steam quality, detergents in decontamination, instrument quality, and water treatment. Lead investigations, form conclusions, strategies, and recommendations to help healthcare facilities make informed decisions and resolve client issues. Identify, analyze, and evaluate surgical and laparoscopic instrumentation and container systems for flaws such as surface corrosion, friction corrosion, pitting corrosion, stress fractures, damage, etc. Execute tasks and work plans for consulting engagements as needed to deliver statements of work or generate secondary opportunities. Provide technical support to consultants, the sales team, and other employees as required. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor from time to time. Compensation Target Based Range $105,173 - 131,469.00 Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience. 6–8 years of related experience required. Frequent business travel required. Physical Demands The job requires light work with occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs, frequent use of hands and arms, and occasional standing and walking.
