Role Description Asghar Law is seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join our team in West Palm Beach, Florida. This is a full-time, in-person position for an attorney with prior immigration law experience who is comfortable handling a diverse range of immigration matters. Drafting briefs, motions, pleadings, and other legal documents for Immigration Court proceedings Representing clients at immigration hearings, interviews, and meetings Preparing and submitting immigration applications, petitions, and supporting documentation Preparing responses to Requests for Evidence and other immigration-related challenges Conducting legal research and developing appropriate case strategies Communicating clearly with clients regarding their cases, legal options, and next steps Working collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff to provide a high level of client service Qualifications Prior experience practicing immigration law Experience with immigration matters including family-based, employment-based, investment visas, and Immigration Court proceedings Active bar license in good standing in a U.S. jurisdiction Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills Ability to manage multiple cases, responsibilities, and deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Client-focused approach with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Commitment to professional, ethical, and compassionate representation Why Join Asghar Law?
