Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via video for clients dealing with a variety of emotional disorders, ensuring active engagement and encouragement of self-exploration.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to create holistic treatment plans, sharing insights and resources that enhance client care.

• Utilize symptom self-assessments and functional improvement metrics to routinely evaluate effectiveness and adjust treatment strategies as necessary, ensuring alignment with client goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work is required.
