Job Title: Automotive Sales DirectorJob Summary:

The Automotive Sales Director is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve dealership or company sales targets. This role demands strategic planning, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of the automotive market to drive sales growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed company sales goals.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to optimize performance and professional growth.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing, finance, and service departments to support sales activities.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and sales targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in automotive sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or management role.
Strong knowledge of the automotive industry, products, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
