Company Description Help keep an occupational health clinic running smoothly by coordinating administrative processes, maintaining accurate health records, and supporting employee health services that contribute to safe workplace operations. At International SOS Government Medical Services, you'll support healthcare programs that improve patient care and operational readiness across the U.S. and internationally. Founded in 1984, International SOS operates in more than 90 countries, delivering healthcare, medical assistance, emergency response, and workforce support services worldwide. Job Description This position is contingent upon contract award. Support the daily administrative operations of an occupational health clinic by helping coordinate employee health services, maintaining accurate medical documentation, and keeping clinic workflows organized and efficient. You'll work closely with clinical staff to help ensure employee health activities are completed accurately and on schedule. In this role, you'll partner with nurses, providers, and administrative staff to coordinate appointments, manage health records, track clinic activities, and support the administrative processes that keep occupational health services running smoothly. Clinic Schedule: Monday - Friday (8 hours/day) Key Responsibilities Maintain health records in accordance with privacy laws, medical protocols, and applicable organizational policies Schedule employee health appointments while monitoring completion of medical exams, surveillance activities, and other occupational health program requirements. Help maintain clinic inventory by tracking supplies, assisting with purchasing activities, and monitoring stock levels for medical supplies and vaccines. Provide administrative support for occupational health activities, including documentation coordination, drug testing collection support, and related clinic services Monitor administrative workflows, maintain tracking logs, report documentation discrepancies, and provide clerical support that promotes efficient clinic operations. Follow applicable safety and PPE requirements while supporting day-to-day clinic operations Qualifications Requirements Experience maintaining confidential health records within healthcare, occupational health, or regulated administrative environments Ability to coordinate scheduling activities and track completion of occupational health or medical surveillance requirements Experience supporting procurement, inventory tracking, or supply coordination activities Ability to support clinic operations within a regulated healthcare environment and complete required onboarding and site access procedures Ability to follow applicable federal, state, local, OSHA, and site-specific safety requirements Ability to complete required onboarding and background screening processes Preferred Previous experience supporting occupational health, employee health, or clinic-based administrative workflows Experience working within healthcare, laboratory, or regulated administrative environments Experience supporting multidisciplinary clinical or administrative teams Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. Compensation Disclaimer: Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.
