Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Hybrid position: Work 3-4 days in-person and 1-2 days from home (telehealth) per week. Serve foster clients in a group home setting and in the community. Participate in field trips and community events with the kids. Create individualized, research-based client programs. Analyze client progress and update programs as needed. Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates. Supervise interns and RBTs in-home. Weekly/Monthly staff meetings and quarterly in-service training. Safety management. Maintain the in-home departments reputation for an organized, team environment. Behave professionally with all staff members, clients, and caregivers. Very Competitive Salary.
