Project Manager Sr.Required Qualifications:5+ years of Project/Program Management experienceOperational Excellence and Systems Implementation experienceHands-on experience implementing Notion from scratch (databases, dashboards, relations, permissions) — not just using an existing workspaceProven experience running weekly stand-ups, status reporting, and executive-level dashboards across multiple teamsExperience creating risk, governance, and project management processesProcess mapping and process optimization experienceExperience presenting to stakeholders and executive leadershipStrong facilitation and cross-functional leadership skillsKey Responsibilities:Establish and lead project and program management governance across two business verticals and three horizontal teams.Implement and administer the organization's Notion platform as the single source of truth for initiatives, risks, dependencies, milestones, decisions, and outcomes.Lead weekly standups, operational reviews, and cross-functional planning sessions.Develop and maintain project frameworks, reporting standards, templates, and escalation processes.Facilitate creation of RACI matrices and process maps to improve accountability and execution.Consolidate initiative-level activities into executive-level dashboards and portfolio reporting.Implement centralized risk, issue, and dependency management processes.Partner with executives, directors, and functional leaders to drive planning, execution, accountability, and organizational effectiveness.Assess current operating models and recommend improvements to increase delivery performance and operational efficiency.
