Member Experience Specialist

Sam's East, Inc.

Walmart's Sam's Club location in Hickory, NC is seeking a Front End Associate to provide member service, operate the checkout area, and promote Sam's Club products. You will assist with payments, returns, and exchanges, while guiding members on self-service technology and ensuring a safe, efficient shopping environment. The role involves maintaining entrance/exit areas, resolving member issues, and supporting training and rollout of new programs.
