The Barback/Utility position supports bartenders by ensuring the bar is fully stocked, clean, and operating efficiently, while also maintaining cleanliness in public utility areas. Responsibilities include restocking liquor, beer, and supplies, retrieving items from storage as needed, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area by clearing spills and managing glassware.
Salary: $16.00 per hour plus tips.
