This is a 1099, commission-only position, and an active NH real estate license is required before you can begin practicing.

As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will receive a steady flow of warm, inbound buyer and seller leads generated by our tech-driven marketing systems, so you are not starting from zero. Our mentorship program is unlike anything in the industry, with a clear blueprint for success. Our unmatched training program REV UP! is custom-designed to bring new licensees up to speed and help you master lead conversion, client consultations, and negotiation from day one. You will be assigned an experienced mentor who will support you through your first transactions. Business development and lead generation is considered the number one reason newer agents fail; we want to help hungry, coachable agents succeed in a collaborative, supportive environment.

As a Real Estate Sales Agent , you will be expected to:

1. Obtain an active NH real estate license
2. Proactively follow up with team-provided inbound leads
3. Conduct buyer and seller consultations, showings, and open houses
4. Use our CRM and tech tools to manage your pipeline
5. Attend regular training and coaching sessions
6. Bring a collaborative, high-energy mindset to our growing team
