Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• At least 1 year of recent NICU nursing experience required
• Previous charge nurse or leadership experience in a NICU environment
• BLS and NRP certifications (as applicable)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical settings

Responsibilities:

• Oversee NICU operations as charge nurse during scheduled shifts
