If you share our values for team, people, and service, we encourage you to apply with us!Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour with regular bonus opportunitiesWhat We Offer:Participation in and financial benefit from our shared employee ownership programInstant offers – standout candidates can receive conditional offers immediately after their interviewRegular bonus opportunities for those who are eligibleConsistent schedulesFor those who are eligible to enroll: Medical, Vision, Dental, and 401(k) plan benefitsFor those who are eligible: Paid Time Off, Vacation Pay, and Paid HolidaysTraining and professional development opportunitiesKey Responsibilities of Valets:Greet each customer in a friendly and professional manner, offering to assist with their luggageAccurately and promptly process valet ticketsOperate, park, and retrieve guests’ vehicles in a safe and efficient mannerPerform inventory of valet-parked vehicles and available spacesCooperate with all team members to provide the best possible serviceReport any damage to vehicles or property immediatelyAssist with guest luggage as neededMay cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by managementPerform additional duties as reasonably requested by ManagementKnowledge, Skills, & Experience of Valets:High school education or equivalentPrevious valet, driver, attendant, and/or customer service experience preferredValid driver’s license is required at all timesAbility to operate a manual transmissionCurrently holds and is able to maintain a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the Employee HandbookCan read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records in compliance with the DOT regulations that require these skillsAbility to safely lift up to 50 pounds with or without an accommodationAt The Parking Spot, we don’t just accept difference - we celebrate and seek it.
