Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid to senior-level Corporate and Securities Associate to join their team in Boston. The ideal candidate will have significant experience advising companies on various capital market transactions, including Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), secondary offerings, private placements, bond issuances, and securitizations. Duties Advise companies on capital market transactions. Conduct legal research and draft documents. Collaborate with clients and team members effectively. Requirements Significant experience in capital market transactions. Strong academic record. Excellent research, writing, and oral communication skills. Licensed and in good standing in the state of practice. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in the state of practice. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
