Venture Capital Corporate Associate Mid-Level

Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid-level corporate associate with 3-5 years of experience in venture capital transactions to join their Boston office. The role involves advising venture-backed companies and institutional investors across all stages of the company lifecycle. Duties Draft and negotiate transaction documents for venture capital financings. Advise companies on corporate formation, governance, and securities matters. Represent investors in new investments and follow-on rounds. Manage diligence and maintain direct client relationships. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in venture capital transactions. Experience at a nationally recognized law firm preferred. Admitted to the Massachusetts and/or New York Bar or eligible for admission. Education: Outstanding academic credentials required. Certifications: Bar admission in Massachusetts and/or New York.
