Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A position is available for a Home Infusion Pharmacist based in Manlius, NY. This direct hire role operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, offering a consistent weekday schedule ideal for work-life balance.
Responsibilities:
- Verify intravenous (IV) medications ensuring accuracy and safety.
- Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain high standards of practice.
- Make patient calls to provide information and support related to their medication therapies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in a hospital setting is required.
- Familiarity or hands-on experience with IV compounding is highly desirable.
- Must possess a current New York State pharmacist license.
- Candidates must have a clean background with no history of DUI or similar violations.
