Paralegal

Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Paralegal to join their growing team in Federal Way, WA. This person will play a critical role in managing probate cases from intake through resolution. This individual will work closely with the attorneys, clients, and courts to ensure probate matters are handled efficiently, accurately, and with a high level of empathy. Key Responsibilities Manage a full caseload of probate matters from initiation through closing Draft probate pleadings, petitions, inventories, accountings, and court filings Coordinate with courts, financial institutions, and beneficiaries Communicate directly with clients, guiding them through the probate process Track deadlines, filings, and compliance requirements Assist attorneys with case strategy and documentation Maintain accurate case files and documentation in case management systems Must Haves 2–5 years of probate experience required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Self-starter with a proactive, take-charge attitude Confident and capable of working independently, while also collaborating well within a team environment Ability to remain professional and composed in a legal office setting At life Point Law, we foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment where professionals can grow their careers while making a meaningful impact on the lives of clients and their families.
